The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling will Re-open Wednesday 13th May

Firstly, we hope everyone is safe & well. In the interest of everyones safety, we at The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling decided to close our doors 23rd of March, 2020 due to the current COVID-19 outbreak. Now that the Federal and State governments are looking to ease restrictions in regards to social distancing measures, the team @ The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling feel that it is once again safe to re-open our doors to our clients. However, there will be notable changes to procedures, policies & the way in which we deliver our services to you, our clients. These changes include & are not restricted to:

  • Hand sanitiser will be available in the waiting room and each treatment room. Each patient is compulsorily required to use hand sanitiser upon arrival and before exiting the clinic.
  • Disposable face masks will also be available for patients and practitioners to wear, however, this is not a compulsory requirement.
  • Contactless temperature assessment will be required upon arrival at the clinic. If there are any signs of fever or illness, you will be required to reschedule your appointment (not within a 2 week period). On that note, please, if you have been ill or have been in contact with anyone who has been ill in the last 2 weeks, please refrain from booking/ attending your appointment.
  • Due to social distancing measures, there will be a maximum of only 2 PERSONS (including your practitioner) allowed in the waiting room or treatment rooms at any given time. Please do not bring any family members/ children or friends along with you to your treatment session as they will be politely asked to wait elsewhere for the duration of your session.
  • To adhere to this 2 PERSON MAX restriction, we will no longer have onsite reception at The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling. We will be booking patients in every hour (appointment times remain at 40mins/session) to allow 20 mins for your practitioner to process payments, re-book and thoroughly clean the waiting room and respective treatment room. Appointments for each room will be staggered also (Dr Marty McCullock will be seeing patients every hour on the hour e.g. 8:00am/9:00am/10:00am. Dr Anthony Bakty will be seeing patients every hour on the HALF hour e.g. 8:30am/9:30am/10:30am).
  • Also, contactless payment will be the preferred method of payment.
  • To make it easier for our staff to manage bookings, we strongly encourage everyone to utilise our online booking system. You can access our online booking system by visiting http://www.theclinicosteopathy.com.au/online-bookings.html
  • Initially, our temporary opening times will be Wed-Fri from 8am-6pm. This will be regularly re-assessed and scaled in accordance with the current advice from Federal and State governments.

We are really excited and happy to be opening our doors once again. We greatly appreciate everyones support and patience during these unprecedented times for many of us. With your co-operation, the team at The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling feel confident that we can continue to offer our same high quality services in a safe, professional & welcoming environment. If you have any queries in regards to any of our new procedures or policies, do not hesitate to contact us on 0425 277 591 or drop us an email at admin@theclinicosteopathy.com.au Hope to see you soon.

Peace,
