The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling will Re-open Monday 11th of January

Firstly, we hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas & New Years as best they could & we hope everyone is safe & well. Due to recent developments, the Federal and State governments are looking to tighten restrictions in regards to social distancing measures and the mandating of masks within indoor spaces. The Team @ The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling feel that it is safe to open our doors to our clients, however, there will be notable changes to procedures, policies & the way in which we deliver our services to you, our clients. These changes include & are not restricted to:

  • We have a Covid Safe Plan & patients will be required to sign in upon arrival using our unique QR code via the Service NSW webform or app.
  • Disposable face masks will also be available for patients and practitioners to wear as this is a compulsory requirement.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available in the waiting room and each treatment room. Each patient is compulsorily required to use hand sanitiser upon arrival and before exiting the clinic.
  • Contactless temperature assessment will be required upon arrival at the clinic. If there are any signs of fever or illness, you will be required to reschedule your appointment (not within a 2 week period). On that note, please, if you have been ill or have been in contact with anyone who has been ill in the last 2 weeks, please refrain from booking/ attending your appointment.
  • Due to social distancing measures, there will be a maximum of only 2 PERSONS (including your practitioner) allowed in the waiting room or treatment rooms at any given time. Please do not bring any family members/ children or friends along with you to your treatment session as they will be politely asked to wait elsewhere for the duration of your session.
  • To adhere to this 2 PERSON MAX restriction, we will no longer have onsite reception at The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling. We will be booking patients in every hour (appointment times remain at 40mins/session) to allow 20 mins for your practitioner to process payments, re-book and thoroughly clean the waiting room and respective treatment room. Appointments for each room will be staggered also (Dr Marty McCullock will be seeing patients every hour on the hour e.g. 8:00am/9:00am/10:00am. Dr Anthony Bakty will be seeing patients every hour on the HALF hour e.g. 8:30am/9:30am/10:30am).
  • Also, contactless payment will be the preferred method of payment.
  • To make it easier for our staff to manage bookings, we strongly encourage everyone to utilise our online booking system. You can access our online booking system by visiting
  • Our opening times will be Tues-Fri from 8am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.

We are really excited and happy to be opening our doors once again after the break. We greatly appreciate everyones support and patience during these unprecedented times for many of us. With your co-operation, the team at The Clinic Osteopathy & Dry Needling feel confident that we can continue to offer our same high quality services in a safe, professional & welcoming environment.
